"This is our first time staying here. We are staying in the two bedroom deluxe villa across from a lake. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Westgate is dog friendly and I mean really dog friendly. They gave us a goodie bag. They placed us next to the dog park. All the workers here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a slight issue with one of our previous rooms and they moved us to another room right away...."

"We stayed here for 5 nights and decided to extend our stay for another 4 nights. I picked a small two bed room, but when I went to check back in I was given the option for an amazing upgrade with Leandro. He was so pleasant and gave me an amazing view. "First off… we love it here… been coming for 20 years… great every thing… only 2 complaints I have are… 1) the wifi here sucks and has always sucked… in today’s age that is not acceptable.. folks want toe WFH and that includes when on holiday, not possible with current support. 2) the threshold from the villas lanai to the grass needs a concrete pad at each door… we are all sick and tired of trekking mulch into the lanai…...."

When we arrived, we had a few initial challenges combining multiple reservations for our big family party. It could have been stressful, but the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our rooms so that we could all be close to one another.
